NeverLate (“the app”) is a personal-productivity app made by Manuel Montagna (sole proprietorship, Copenhagen, Denmark). In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Manuel Montagna, the data controller. This describes what data the app collects, why, and your rights over it.

1.1 Data we collect

We do not collect: your location, contacts, health data, browsing history, search history, financial or payment details, advertising identifiers, or any data from outside the app.

Every category is used solely to run the app for you. GDPR legal bases:

We do not sell your data, show ads, share with advertisers, track you across other apps/websites, or make solely-automated decisions with legal effect.

1.3 Where your data lives / processors

International transfers (US/outside EEA) are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism.

1.4 Data retention and deletion

1.5 Your rights

EU/UK users: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Access/edit profile in Settings → Account; delete account in-app; email us for anything else (one-month response). Right to complain to your supervisory authority — in Denmark, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk). California users: right to know, delete, correct; we do not sell or share personal information.

1.6 Children

NeverLate is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

1.7 Security

TLS in transit, Row Level Security on every table, scoped storage policies, short-lived signed sessions.

1.8 Changes

Routine changes: we bump the effective date and publish. Material changes (new data category, longer retention, new processor): we notify you directly by email or in the app before they take effect, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
